Was Turkey Behind Attack Against US Forces in Syria

One American soldier and One British soldier killed near Manbij Syria, five others wounded. This happening less than 24 hours after President Trump said US forces would be leaving Syria soon. Lebanon news seem to imply that Turkish backed forces in the area could be to blame for the IED that lead to US casualties which would put Erdogan responsible for the latest aggression. But can't be too hard to believe after all Turkish President has threatened French Forces if they come to the aid of Kurdish forces in Manbij
