This was a requested video from one of our subscribers and he wanted to know how I overcome shyness and have confidence. I think the biggest thing that you need to do is separate yourself from your role. The things you do, the tasks - those can vary. But who you are as an individual and what you stand for should always be considered a 10/10.
Think of yourself as an actor playing a role and sometimes you are a good actor, and sometimes not so much. Many people who are shy also have the confidence to carry on conversations and build rapport.
In addition to that, try to find common ground with individuals. Talk about things that relate to all people, like the weather, the community, or current events.
To help build your confidence, try to master something in your life. That can be anything from a sport, to a hobby, to a video game. Just become the best that you can and know deep down you are better than 95%+ of everyone else on the planet. For instant, only 5% of Americans are scuba certified.
