Paul Voss of Team NetApp Endura took GCN backstage at the final stage of the Tirreno Adriatico to show us his preparations and warm-up routine ahead of at TT stage.
We also get talked through the skinsuits, aero helmets, special gloves and bike setup that the team use for the time trial. Paul also tells us what he does post race to try and help to get rid of lactate from his legs and help his muscles recover faster.
