US Troops Land in Ukraine for Training ??

The US and their allies have been training Ukraine troops for some time now. So why is it that the US again is sending in 250 troops to Train 2 battalions, seems a bit odd. But this may very well be working with the forces in Poland if NATO has plans for a future strike.
